What Makes CSLOT A Great Place to Work?

Professional therapists and support personnel have many employment settings options. CSLOT is a private practice, providing unique advantages not found in other settings. We have over 20 speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers, and clinical assistants on staff. We promote collaboration between departments which means that clinicians get to share professional concerns with one another, ask questions, observe treatment sessions, and offer and gain support, often working side-by-side treating clients in group or individual therapy sessions.

We treat a variety of clients–children and adults, mild to severe, with a variety of presenting disorders–always providing our clinicians the opportunity to expand their knowledge base. We work directly with families and parents, giving them hands-on training and involvement. Supervision is close at hand, especially for new clinicians in their first year of practice.

Benefits Package

CSLOT offers a competitive benefits package including:

  • 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) which increases to 4 weeks PTO after the second year and 5 weeks PTO after the seventh year.
  • 9 paid holidays.
  • Company paid medical/dental/vision after 60 days of full-time employment.
  • $400 continuing education allowance.
  • 8 hours of paid time for educational opportunities.
  • 401K with 25% employer matching after 6 months of employment.

“CSLOT is the most desirable clinic in the greater San Francisco area. Brendan O’Connor Webster provides excellent service to her clients and their families, ongoing continuing education opportunities to her staff, and many opportunities for collaboration between speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and parents.”
